GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern purchases made through websites, landing pages, sales funnels, and other online platforms operated by GONSAlive LLC (“GONSAlive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, completing a payment, or accessing a purchased product, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

ARTICLE 1 — SCOPE

These Terms apply to digital products and online educational services sold directly by GONSAlive LLC, including PDF guides, ebooks, templates, workbooks, downloadable resources, online courses, training programs, and related digital materials.

Certain products or offers may be subject to additional conditions presented on their respective sales pages. If an offer-specific condition conflicts with these Terms, the condition displayed on the sales page at the time of purchase will control for that transaction.

ARTICLE 2 — ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENT

Purchases may only be made by individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

A parent or legal guardian may purchase an educational product for a minor and will remain responsible for the purchase, the minor’s use of the product, and compliance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we reasonably believe that the purchaser does not meet these requirements.

ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION

GONSAlive LLC makes reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, features, formats, prices, and expected results for its products and courses.

Product visuals may be illustrative. Minor variations in presentation, formatting, platform interface, course structure, or included resources do not constitute a defect when they do not materially reduce the product’s intended educational value.

We may update, correct, expand, reorganize, or discontinue content when reasonably necessary. Customers will retain access according to the access period stated in the original offer.

ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

An order is considered submitted when the Customer completes the checkout process and authorizes payment.

An order is considered accepted when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation or access notification is issued.

GONSAlive LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel an order in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, incorrect pricing, technical error, misuse of promotional offers, violation of these Terms, or any unlawful activity.

If we cancel a valid paid order before the product is delivered or accessed, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

ARTICLE 5 — PRICES, CURRENCY, AND TAXES

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD).

Applicable taxes may be calculated and added during checkout based on the Customer’s location, the nature of the product, and applicable tax rules.

GONSAlive LLC may modify its prices at any time. However, a confirmed order will be charged at the price displayed and accepted at the time of purchase, except in the case of an obvious technical or pricing error.

Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers are subject to their stated conditions and expiration dates. They cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively unless expressly authorized.

ARTICLE 6 — PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless an installment plan or subscription is expressly offered.

Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers, including Stripe or another provider displayed during checkout. GONSAlive LLC does not directly store complete payment-card information.

The Customer represents that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied during checkout is accurate.

For installment plans, the Customer remains responsible for all scheduled payments until the agreed purchase price has been paid in full, unless a cancellation right is expressly stated in the offer.

ARTICLE 7 — DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are normally delivered through one or more of the following methods:

• immediate download after payment;
• access through a confirmation or download page;
• a secure link sent by email;
• access to a student account or course platform.

The Customer is responsible for entering a valid email address, maintaining access to that address, checking spam or junk folders, and ensuring that their device and software can open the provided files.

If access information is not received within a reasonable time, the Customer should contact contact@gonsalive.com.

Delivery is considered completed when the download, access page, secure link, or account credentials are made available to the Customer.

ARTICLE 8 — ACCESS TO ONLINE COURSES

Course access begins after successful payment or according to the date stated on the sales page.

The duration of access will be indicated in the relevant offer. If no specific duration is stated, access will remain available for as long as GONSAlive LLC continues to operate and support that course on the applicable platform.

Access is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Login credentials may not be shared, sold, transferred, or used by multiple unrelated individuals.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical updates, or suspected misuse. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore legitimate access promptly.

ARTICLE 9 — REFUND POLICY FOR PDFS AND DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

Because downloadable digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases of PDFs, ebooks, templates, workbooks, and other downloadable files are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided, except:

• when the file is defective or materially different from its description;
• when the Customer was charged more than once for the same transaction;
• when access cannot be provided because of a technical problem attributable to GONSAlive LLC; or
• when a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

The Customer must notify us at contact@gonsalive.com and provide sufficient information to identify the order and the problem. When appropriate, we may first provide a corrected file, replacement link, or technical assistance.

ARTICLE 10 — REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE COURSES

Unless a different refund policy is clearly displayed on the course’s sales page, a Customer may request a refund within seven calendar days of the original purchase date.

To qualify, the Customer must:

• submit the request to contact@gonsalive.com within the seven-day period;
• provide the name and email address used for the purchase;
• not have completed or accessed more than 20% of the course; and
• not have downloaded a substantial portion of the course resources.

Refund requests submitted after seven calendar days, or after substantial consumption or downloading of the course, may be denied except where required by law.

If a refund is approved, access to the course and its associated materials will be terminated.

ARTICLE 11 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND INSTALLMENT PLANS

If an offer includes recurring billing, the billing amount, frequency, and renewal conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a right to a refund for a billing period already started.

Canceling an installment plan does not eliminate an existing obligation to complete payment for a product already purchased and delivered, unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.

ARTICLE 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All products, course materials, videos, audio recordings, prompts, templates, graphics, documents, trademarks, branding, methods, and related content are owned by or licensed to GONSAlive LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

A purchase grants the Customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own learning or internal professional use.

Unless written permission is obtained from GONSAlive LLC, the Customer may not:

• reproduce or redistribute the materials;
• resell, sublicense, rent, or give access to another person;
• upload the materials to a public or shared platform;
• remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
• use the materials to create a substantially identical competing product; or
• claim the materials as their own original work.

The Customer may apply concepts learned from the materials to their own projects, but may not copy or commercially distribute GONSAlive LLC’s protected content.

ARTICLE 13 — ACCEPTABLE USE

The Customer agrees not to use any product, course, platform, or resource for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or unauthorized purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund when there is credible evidence of account sharing, piracy, unauthorized redistribution, payment fraud, harassment, platform interference, or another material violation of these Terms.

ARTICLE 14 — EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Our products and courses are provided for educational and informational purposes.

GONSAlive LLC does not guarantee any specific income, business result, academic achievement, publication outcome, sales volume, professional certification, employment opportunity, or other individual result.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including the Customer’s effort, experience, implementation, market conditions, technology, and personal circumstances.

Nothing in our materials constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

ARTICLE 15 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our products and platforms may refer or link to third-party tools, websites, artificial-intelligence services, payment processors, marketplaces, or software.

GONSAlive LLC does not control and is not responsible for the continued availability, pricing, policies, security, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

The Customer is responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service they choose to use.

ARTICLE 16 — PRIVACY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Transactional messages necessary to deliver purchases, provide account access, issue receipts, communicate security information, or provide essential service updates may be sent to the email address supplied by the Customer.

Marketing communications will include an unsubscribe method where required. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not prevent delivery of necessary transactional or account-related communications.

ARTICLE 17 — CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers are encouraged to contact contact@gonsalive.com before initiating a chargeback so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

A fraudulent or abusive chargeback may result in suspension of product or course access. Nothing in this Article limits a Customer’s lawful rights to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

ARTICLE 18 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, products, courses, websites, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

GONSAlive LLC does not warrant that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free or that every product will meet every Customer’s individual expectations.

This provision does not exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

ARTICLE 19 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GONSAlive LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product, course, platform, or third-party service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, GONSAlive LLC’s total liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

ARTICLE 20 — FORCE MAJEURE

GONSAlive LLC will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, power or internet failures, cyberattacks, government actions, platform outages, labor disruptions, epidemics, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

ARTICLE 21 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and transactions governed by them will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction serving the location of GONSAlive LLC’s registered business address, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.

ARTICLE 22 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

GONSAlive LLC may update these Terms to reflect changes in its products, operations, platforms, or legal obligations.

The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version presented or available at the time the order was placed. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted to a Customer unless required by law.

ARTICLE 23 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.

ARTICLE 24 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the relevant sales page, the checkout information, the Privacy Policy, and any offer-specific written conditions constitute the agreement between the Customer and GONSAlive LLC concerning the applicable purchase.
